1. The service

Wayzi is a tool that helps school transport companies organise their trips and keep families and schools informed. It is published by H2S Technology FZE, Block B - B31-200, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Wayzi is not a transport provider. The transport company remains responsible for the transport of the children, for its staff, for the safety on board and for handing each child over according to its rules. Wayzi does not replace the supervision of children by the adults in charge.

2. Estimates and notifications

Arrival times are estimates calculated from the bus position, the route and traffic. Notifications depend on the phone network, the phone’s settings and providers outside our control: they may be delayed or not arrive. Do not rely on Wayzi alone for decisions about a child’s safety; if in doubt, contact the transport company.

In an emergency, call the local emergency services. The emergency button of the nanny app alerts the transport company; it does not call emergency services.

3. Accounts

• Parents sign in with their mobile phone number and a one-time code (an activation code handed out by the school or the transport company, or a code received by text message). Activation codes are personal: do not share them.
• Nannies and staff of companies and schools are invited by their organisation and sign in with an email address and a password, with a second step for staff of companies and schools.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your phone and your sign-in details secure. Tell us or your organisation without delay if you think your account is being misused.
• Before entering a person (for example an authorised person), make sure they agree to it.

4. Plans

The Free plan covers the safety essentials and costs nothing. Paid plans (Economy, Premium) may be offered later on wayzi.app; their price and conditions will be shown before any purchase and set out in specific terms.

Whatever the plan or payment status, a child is never removed from a trip, never hidden from the nanny, and safety alerts are never switched off.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Wayzi to follow people without a legitimate reason or outside the transport of the children concerned;
• try to access data that does not concern you, or another account;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the service;
• copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the apps, except as allowed by law;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after informing the person or the organisation concerned when possible.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may change the service and these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this website before they apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Wayzi apps, the website, the name and the logo belong to Wayzi. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the apps for the purpose of the service. Data entered by transport companies remains theirs.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wayzi is not liable for indirect damage, nor for damage resulting from an estimate, a delayed notification, an interruption of the phone network or of a provider, or from the decisions of the transport company. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. End of use

You may stop using Wayzi at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (Delete an account). The account of a nanny or staff member ends when their organisation removes it. Data is then deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
